Diana Hamilton Enstooled as Nana Adwoa Amponsah I, The Nkosuohemaa of Dodo Tamale

 

In a grand ceremony filled with tradition and pageantry, renowned Ghanaian gospel singer, songwriter, and philanthropist, Diana Hamilton, was enstooled as the Nkosuohemaa of Dodo Tamale. This esteemed title, which translates to “Queen Mother of Development,” was conferred upon her in recognition of her tireless efforts in promoting the welfare and development of her community.

The enstoolment ceremony, which took place on January 28th at the Dodo Tamale Palace, was attended by dignitaries, traditional leaders, and members of the community. The event was marked by traditional drumming, dancing, and the recitation of ancient customs and rituals.
